Our diagnostic service uses a wide range of skills, and tools to make sure we are accurately diagnosing the fault that you are experiencing with your vehicle. Our service will always start as a £65+vat (£78 inc vat) call out fee for up to 1 hour.

We always start our testing with a customer interview gaining as much information and details of the fault they are experiencing, with out this we could lose out on any key information we may need. 

Our next step would be to carry out a diagnostic fault code read which will then help us relate your experience with what the car has logged an issue with. With our diagnostic machine we can also look at live data and carry out actuations of components to help us pin point the affected area. 

Once this has been carried out we will have a bit of a better understanding to carry out the right diagnosis or repair needed for the vehicle. Using various tools and dealer manufactures wiring diagrams, along with set parameters we can accurately get down to the issue. 

We always aim to be able to get your vehicle repaired in the cheapest and best way possible. We can do this by making sure we are not putting unnecessary components on the vehicle that are not needed, when a simple wiring fault could have been found.
